At Film Assets, we are committed to ensuring that all items hired through our platform meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. We want productions to feel confident when sourcing assets, and suppliers to know their items are represented fairly.
✅ When You Qualify for a Refund
You may request a refund if, upon receiving your hired asset:

The item delivered is not the same as the one listed.

The item is in a different condition than described (e.g., excessive wear, damage, missing parts).

The color, size, or dimensions do not match the details provided in the listing.

The item does not function as stated it does (i.e TV, lights etc)
📅 Refund Request Process

Notify Film Assets within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing info.filmassets@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Our team will review the claim, verify the listing details, and contact the supplier.

If approved, you won’t be charged for the item.
🚚 Returns

In the event of a refund, the hirer is responsible for returning the asset in the same condition it was received.

Film Assets can assist in coordinating the return with the supplier.

If the return is due to an error or misrepresentation by the supplier, return costs will be covered.
⚠️ Exclusions
Refunds and returns will not be issued for:

Change of mind after booking.

Minor differences in condition due to normal wear and tear.

Items damaged while in the hirer’s possession.
Changes to Refund and Return Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective as of the date of posting on the Site.
