How to list your assets

SEND US YOUR ASSET LIST

Email your asset list to info.filmassets@gmail.com
with clear photos, descriptions, dimensions, item values, condition, and location. You can send individual items or a full catalog.

WE UPLOAD AND MANAGE YOUR LISTING

Our team will process and upload your assets onto the Film Assets platform on your behalf. If a production company wants to hire one of your items, we’ll reach out directly to confirm availability. You won’t need to handle random inquiries — we manage all communication.

GET PAID

Once your item has been hired and returned, payment will be processed and transferred to your bank account within 8–10 days (minus an 8% service fee). Every hire is covered by an agreement to protect your items from damage or loss. If the production company is responsible, you will be reimbursed the full replacement value of your asset.

How to hire

BROWSE ASSETS

Explore a wide range of listings, filtered by category. When you find items you’d like to hire, email info.filmassets@gmail.com
with a picture and/or description of the item(s), along with your required collection and return dates.

BOOK YOUR ASSETS

We’ll check availability with the asset owner on your behalf. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you the booking details and an invoice. You won’t need to contact sellers directly — Film Assets handles all communication.

RECEIVE ASSETS

You can arrange to collect your items on the agreed date, or we can provide delivery for an additional fee (depending on the size and quantity of assets). Film Assets will assist in coordinating both collection and return.

  • Replacement Guarantee – In the rare case of damage or loss caused by a production company, you will be reimbursed for the full replacement value of the asset.

  • Secure Process – You will never be contacted directly by strangers. Film Assets manages all communication with productions, keeping your details private and the process professional.
